Description:
Lots: Vehicle/special equipment maintenance services - Vehicle maintenance in accordance with the vehicle. Customer, according to technical specifications (Appendix No. 2). Place and timing of work - work is performed at a service station Supplier according to Customer's requests. When accepting a vehicle for maintenance services by a service station acceptance technician in the presence of a representative of the Customer. The cost of maintenance services must include the cost of spare parts, oils and other consumables. The repair request is made by the Customer's mechanic in writing and handed over personally to the Supplier's acceptance technician. The potential Supplier must install original/certified spare parts and oils recommended to the use of oils by the Car Manufacturer and provide the Customer's representative with evidence - video\photographs, invoices, packaging for spare parts, oil cans, etc. Time frame for completing work - short-term repairs from 1 (one) to 5 (five) hours from the time the Customer-s car arrives at the service station, medium-term repairs from 1 day to 3 days. The Supplier must provide the Customer with a copy of the agreement for the disposal of used oils and technical fluids.
