Description:
Lots: Work on the current repair of non-residential buildings/structures/premises - Work on the current repair of the structure (cattle burial ground). All work and materials are performed at the expense of the Supplier, in accordance with the technical specifications. The contractor is obliged to use high-quality and certified materials approved for use on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All work is carried out by the contractor, including the supply of necessary materials, tools and removal of construction waste. The supplier is obliged to provide the following documentation: - estimate documentation (local estimate, consolidated resource sheet according to the local estimate, consolidated estimate of the cost of construction) for the work performed; - work schedule agreed with the Customer-s representative; . All works are subject to intermediate and final quality control by the Customer. The Contractor provides a guarantee for the work performed and materials used for a period of at least 24 months from the date of signing the work completion certificate. If detected defects during the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to eliminate them at his own expense within 5 (five) working days.
